1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Fire Feast (the "Game"), operated by J&B Forge Studios ("J&B Forge Studios," "we," "us," or "our").

By downloading, installing, accessing, or playing Fire Feast, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.

2. Eligibility

You are responsible for making sure that your use of Fire Feast complies with applicable laws and the requirements of the platform through which you access the Game. If another person is responsible for your device or account access, you should review these Terms with that person before playing.

3. Guest Accounts

Fire Feast currently uses guest accounts. A guest account is associated with the device or installation where it was created.

You are responsible for maintaining access to your device and protecting it from unauthorized use. Fire Feast does not currently provide a way to recover a guest account on another device. If you lose access to the device, clear the Game's stored credentials, delete the account, or remove data needed to authenticate the account, the guest account and its progress may not be recoverable.

You may not transfer, sell, share, or allow another person to misuse your guest account or its credentials.

4. Gameplay and Online Services

Fire Feast uses online services to provide features including guest authentication, player profiles, gameplay progress, virtual balances, inventory, active-match handling, and leaderboards.

Online features may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, network conditions, technical issues, security needs, or events outside our reasonable control. We do not promise that Fire Feast or its online services will always be available.

Fire Feast is being provided as a Closed Beta. Beta features may be incomplete, may contain errors, and may change or become unavailable during testing. You may lose access to beta progress or features because of technical failures, security measures, account deletion, device changes, or updates to the Game.

5. Virtual Items

Fire Feast includes virtual gameplay items and progression, such as:

• coins;
• XP and ranks;
• inventory and gear;
• cosmetics; and
• gameplay unlocks.

These items and progression are part of the Game only. They have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are not personal property. J&B Forge Studios retains ownership of the virtual items and related Game content as part of the Fire Feast service. Your right to access or use them is limited by these Terms and the continued availability of the Game and your guest account.

Virtual balances, rewards, item availability, and progression requirements may change as Fire Feast is updated or balanced. Locally stored beta progression may be separate from balances maintained by Fire Feast online services.

The current Game does not offer real-money purchases. Contest entry fees and shop purchases use virtual coins only. Virtual coins, XP, rewards, gear, cosmetics, Antacid, and other virtual items cannot be sold, transferred, redeemed, or exchanged for cash, goods, services, or real-world prizes.

6. Player Conduct

When using Fire Feast, you must not:

• cheat or use unauthorized automation;
• exploit bugs or vulnerabilities;
• modify or tamper with the Game client;
• interfere with Fire Feast online services;
• impersonate another person or player;
• attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data; or
• disrupt other players or the operation of the Game.

If you discover a security issue or serious exploit, please report it through the contact information in Section 14 rather than using or sharing it in a way that could cause harm.

7. Suspension or Termination

J&B Forge Studios may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to Fire Feast online services when we reasonably believe it is necessary because of cheating, abuse, a security risk, harmful activity, or a violation of these Terms.

We are not required to provide a warning before taking action. Suspension or termination may result in the loss of access to a guest account, virtual items, and gameplay progress.

You may stop using Fire Feast at any time. The Game also provides an in-app process for permanently deleting the current guest account and its associated server-side data.

8. Account Deletion

You may permanently delete the current guest account through the Account & Data controls in the Profile screen. Account deletion removes the current server-side guest profile and associated progress and attempts to clear guest credentials and certain local guest progression from the device. Deletion is permanent and the account or its virtual items may not be recoverable.

9. Intellectual Property

Fire Feast and its artwork, music, logos, code, characters, designs, text, and related content are owned by J&B Forge Studios or used under applicable rights. These Terms do not transfer ownership of Fire Feast or its content to you.

Subject to these Terms, J&B Forge Studios grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use Fire Feast for your own lawful, non-commercial entertainment.

You may not copy, distribute, sell, publicly display, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from Fire Feast except where applicable law expressly permits that activity.

10. Disclaimers

Fire Feast is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not make warranties that the Game will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Updates, device conditions, network availability, and third-party services may affect how the Game operates. Some features or progress may depend on local device storage or access to Fire Feast online services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or other rights that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, J&B Forge Studios will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, Fire Feast.

J&B Forge Studios is not responsible for losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including device failure, loss of local guest credentials, network interruption, or third-party platform outages.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.

12. Changes to Fire Feast

We may update, balance, add to, restrict, or remove parts of Fire Feast over time. This may include changes to gameplay, features, virtual items, progression, online services, content, or device compatibility.

Changes may be needed to improve the Game, address technical or security issues, maintain fair play, or support continued operation. We do not guarantee that any particular feature, item, balance, or content will remain available permanently.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when Fire Feast, our practices, or applicable requirements change. We will update the Last Updated date when revised Terms are published.

You should review these Terms periodically. Continued use of Fire Feast after updated Terms take effect means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
